Right-click on the taskbar to navigate to Properties. Then you will see an option called Theme, from where you can change among the multiple themes available in RetroBar.

When you click on the download button, a ZIP file will be downloaded. Then double-click the ZIP file and follow the on-screen instructions to install RetroBar.
